Mad Interiors was founded on the belief that no two well-designed renovations should ever look the same, because the people who live in them are unique. Based in Alicante, we are an interior design and full-renovation studio specialising in soulful Mediterranean projects.
We take care of absolutely everything — from architecture and 3D visualisation to material selection, furniture, lighting and the coordination of every trade. One team from start to finish, with no middlemen. Because we believe the best way to care for a project is to stay closely involved at every stage.
Over the years, we have built more than projects. We have built relationships. Clients have come to us with an idea and left with a space they never imagined possible — and the feeling that they had found someone who truly understood them.
Our Philosophy
At Mad Interiors, we believe interior design goes far beyond aesthetics. A well-designed space changes how you feel, how you think and how you live. That is why we listen before we make suggestions, and seek to understand before we begin designing.
Our philosophy is based on a simple principle: every project is different because every person is different. We do not work with standard solutions or predefined catalogues. We start from scratch, interpreting the way each client lives and translating it into a space that could only belong to them.
This approach has enabled us to preserve something we value more highly than any award: the trust of those who open the doors of their homes to us. Being invited into someone’s most personal space is a responsibility we never take lightly.
Our Story
Mireia always knew she wanted to create spaces with soul. She studied interior design in Valencia, worked at several studios and gained years of experience on residential projects across the Costa Blanca. Loïc came from France with a background in architecture and an obsession with detail that few people understand until they see it put into practice.
They met on a building site. Literally. Both were overseeing the same project for different clients and found themselves debating the angle of a light fitting. That debate became the beginning of a partnership.
They founded Mad Interiors more than 15 years ago with one clear idea: to do things differently. No middlemen, no copied solutions and no losing sight of the client at any point in the process. Today, their team has grown, their projects have evolved and their portfolio ranges from private homes to retail and hospitality spaces — but their way of working remains the same: one conversation, one project, one unique story.
